Terms and Conditions
Rules for using AEOArc services, dashboards, reports, and AI visibility tools.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AEOArc, including our website, dashboards, reports, analytics, AI visibility tools, LLM optimization tools, content generation features, citation analysis, competitor intelligence, page generation, schema tools, reports, and related services.
By accessing or using AEOArc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
- AEOArc, we, our, or us
- AEOArc, the provider of the Services.
- Customer, you, or your
- the individual, business, agency, organization, or user accessing or using the Services.
- Services
- all AEOArc products, tools, dashboards, reports, scans, analytics, AI visibility monitoring, LLM optimization workflows, content suggestions, generated content, schema suggestions, citations analysis, competitor tracking, automation features, and related services.
- AI Platforms
- third-party large language models, search engines, answer engines, AI assistants, generative AI platforms, and AI-powered discovery systems, including but not limited to ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, Bing, Grok, Meta AI, and any similar third-party systems.
- Output
- any analytics, recommendations, reports, scores, charts, summaries, drafts, generated content, page briefs, schema, technical suggestions, optimization plans, or other information produced by or through AEOArc.
- Customer Content
- any website URL, business information, documents, prompts, keywords, competitor names, brand information, product information, user input, uploaded files, or other data you provide to AEOArc.
2. Nature of the Services
AEOArc provides AI visibility monitoring, AI discoverability analysis, citation-readiness insights, competitor intelligence, prompt tracking, content gap analysis, and optimization recommendations.
AEOArc is designed to help customers understand and improve the signals that may help AI Platforms discover, understand, cite, mention, or recommend a business, brand, website, product, or service.
AEOArc does not operate, own, control, or manage any third-party AI Platform, search engine, answer engine, model, crawler, ranking system, recommendation system, citation system, or algorithm.
3. No Guarantee of AI Placement, Ranking, Recommendation, Mention, or Citation
AEOArc does not guarantee, promise, warrant, or represent that your business, brand, website, product, service, content, page, citation, or entity will be:
- Mentioned by any AI Platform;
- Recommended by any AI Platform;
- Ranked in any particular position;
- Cited as a source;
- Included in any AI-generated answer;
- Preferred over competitors;
- Displayed in Google AI Overviews or any similar AI/search result;
- Shown consistently across prompts, users, devices, regions, models, or time periods;
- Permanently improved as a result of using the Services.
AI-generated answers vary based on many factors, including but not limited to model version, prompt wording, user location, search history, available sources, retrieval systems, model updates, ranking changes, source availability, training data, real-time web access, platform policies, personalization, third-party outages, and algorithmic changes.
You acknowledge and agree that no ethical provider can guarantee 100% placement, 100% recommendation, 100% citation, 100% ranking, or any guaranteed outcome in third-party AI Platforms.
4. No Control Over Third-Party AI Platforms
AEOArc does not control and is not responsible for the behavior, output, ranking, recommendation, citation, indexing, crawling, visibility, availability, accuracy, or policies of any AI Platform or search engine.
Third-party AI Platforms may change their models, ranking systems, crawling behavior, APIs, policies, answer formats, citation methods, data sources, access limits, or output behavior at any time without notice.
AEOArc is not liable for any change, decline, removal, inconsistency, hallucination, misclassification, non-appearance, competitor appearance, or unfavorable output caused by third-party AI Platforms or search engines.
5. Accuracy of Analytics, Scores, and Reports
AEOArc may provide scores, charts, analytics, estimates, forecasts, classifications, competitor comparisons, citation analysis, sentiment analysis, opportunity scores, and visibility metrics.
These are provided for informational, strategic, and directional purposes only.
AEOArc does not warrant that any score, report, chart, metric, forecast, estimate, analysis, or recommendation is complete, error-free, current, exhaustive, or suitable as the sole basis for business, legal, financial, investment, medical, employment, credit, insurance, or other high-stakes decisions.
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and independently verifying any Output before relying on it, publishing it, sharing it, or taking action based on it.
6. AI-Generated Output and Human Review
Some AEOArc features may use artificial intelligence, automation, third-party models, or algorithmic systems to generate recommendations, reports, summaries, page briefs, schema suggestions, content drafts, experiment ideas, or optimization actions.
AI-generated Output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, hallucinations, duplicated content, unsupported claims, inaccurate citations, misleading phrasing, or content that requires human review.
You agree that all AI-generated Output must be reviewed by a qualified human before being published, shared, submitted, implemented, or relied upon.
AEOArc is not responsible for any loss, claim, penalty, reputational harm, legal issue, platform restriction, SEO impact, AI visibility impact, or business consequence arising from your use, publication, or reliance on unreviewed or improperly reviewed Output.
7. No Professional Advice
AEOArc does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, employment, insurance, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
Any Output relating to business strategy, content strategy, visibility, marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, LLM optimization, competitor analysis, or performance improvement is provided for general informational and operational purposes only.
You should consult qualified professionals before making high-stakes, regulated, legal, financial, or compliance-related decisions.
8. Customer Responsibility for Information Provided
You are responsible for ensuring that all Customer Content provided to AEOArc is accurate, lawful, complete, current, non-misleading, and that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to provide and use such content.
AEOArc is not responsible for inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, infringing, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized information supplied by you or your users.
If Output is based on inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading Customer Content, the resulting Output may also be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading.
9. No False Claims or Misrepresentation
You agree not to use AEOArc to create, publish, promote, or distribute false, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.
You must not use AEOArc Output to falsely claim that:
- An AI Platform recommends your business when it does not;
- AEOArc guarantees AI rankings or recommendations;
- AEOArc has a partnership, endorsement, or special access arrangement with any AI Platform unless expressly confirmed in writing;
- Your business has credentials, approvals, ratings, certifications, reviews, awards, or performance results that are not accurate;
- A report, score, estimate, or forecast is a guaranteed outcome.
You are solely responsible for how you use, edit, approve, publish, distribute, or represent any Output.
10. Ethical AI Visibility and Optimization
AEOArc is intended for lawful and ethical AI visibility improvement.
You agree not to use the Services for:
- Spam, cloaking, deceptive SEO, fake reviews, fake citations, or fake authority signals;
- Manipulating AI Platforms through unlawful, deceptive, or abusive means;
- Scraping, attacking, overwhelming, or reverse engineering third-party platforms;
- Publishing false or unsupported claims;
- Creating impersonation, fraud, phishing, malware, or deceptive content;
- Violating third-party terms of service;
- Infringing intellectual property rights;
- Creating harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or abusive content.
AEOArc may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use of the Services creates legal, reputational, technical, platform, or customer risk.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
AEOArc may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including AI model providers, search engines, analytics platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, email providers, CMS platforms, APIs, data providers, and other tools.
Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, limits, pricing, restrictions, outages, and availability.
AEOArc is not responsible for third-party service failures, downtime, data changes, output changes, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, API limits, model behavior, search engine behavior, or discontinued features.
12. Beta, Experimental, and Autopilot Features
Some AEOArc features may be marked as beta, experimental, preview, early access, autopilot, or automated.
These features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, limited, or subject to change.
Autopilot features are intended to assist with workflow automation, content preparation, reporting, schema suggestions, monitoring, and optimization planning. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Autopilot does not remove your responsibility to review, approve, and validate actions before publication or implementation.
AEOArc may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue beta, experimental, or autopilot features at any time.
13. Plans, Usage Limits, and Fair Use
Your access to features, projects, scans, prompts, competitors, generated pages, reports, exports, integrations, users, and support may depend on your subscription plan.
AEOArc may enforce usage limits, rate limits, fair-use limits, credit limits, scan limits, generation limits, storage limits, API limits, and abuse prevention controls.
No plan includes unlimited AI checks, unlimited page generation, unlimited scans, unlimited prompt tracking, unlimited reports, or unlimited third-party API usage unless expressly stated in a written enterprise agreement.
AEOArc may throttle, pause, restrict, or require an upgrade if your usage exceeds plan limits, causes excessive cost, affects platform performance, or creates abuse risk.
14. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Fees are charged according to the plan, billing cycle, usage, add-ons, and subscription terms selected by you.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
AEOArc may change pricing, plan features, limits, or add-on fees with reasonable notice where required.
Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, restriction, or termination of access.
For custom enterprise, agency, or done-for-you services, payment, refund, cancellation, onboarding, and service terms may be governed by a separate written agreement.
15. Customer Approval and Publishing Responsibility
Where AEOArc generates content, page briefs, schema, reports, recommendations, or optimization actions, you are responsible for reviewing and approving them before publication or implementation.
If you enable publishing, CMS integration, automation, or Autopilot workflows, you remain responsible for the final published content, accuracy, compliance, brand suitability, legal review, and platform compliance.
AEOArc is not responsible for any consequences resulting from approved, published, or implemented content, including SEO changes, AI visibility changes, ranking changes, legal claims, reputational issues, customer complaints, platform restrictions, or third-party disputes.
16. Intellectual Property
AEOArc and its software, dashboards, designs, workflows, analytics systems, scoring methods, UI, reports, templates, algorithms, trademarks, trade names, documentation, and platform features are owned by AEOArc or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the reports, exports, and generated materials made available to you for your internal business purposes or as otherwise permitted by your subscription plan.
You must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, reproduce, clone, scrape, or create a competing service using AEOArc's platform, dashboards, reports, scoring methods, workflows, or proprietary systems.
17. Confidentiality
You may receive access to non-public information, dashboards, reports, pricing, strategies, technical systems, prompts, workflows, or business information through AEOArc.
You agree not to disclose confidential information except as permitted by your plan, required by law, or authorized in writing.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
18. Data, Privacy, and Security
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that AEOArc may process Customer Content, website data, analytics data, prompt data, scan results, generated outputs, usage data, and account data to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any personal data, business data, website data, or third-party data to AEOArc.
Do not upload sensitive personal data, regulated data, health data, financial account data, government identification numbers, passwords, private keys, trade secrets, or confidential third-party data unless expressly permitted under a separate written agreement.
19. Service Availability
AEOArc aims to provide reliable access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available operation.
The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, infrastructure issues, AI provider issues, cyber incidents, rate limits, force majeure events, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
AEOArc is not liable for downtime, delayed scans, delayed reports, failed integrations, incomplete scans, missing data, or temporary unavailability.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOArc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, reputational harm, loss of rankings, loss of AI visibility, loss of recommendations, loss of citations, or loss of customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOArc's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to AEOArc for the Services during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all Output are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOArc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, uninterrupted operation, and achievement of any specific result.
AEOArc does not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations, produce revenue, increase leads, improve rankings, improve AI visibility, generate citations, cause recommendations, or produce any specific commercial outcome.
22. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AEOArc, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your Customer Content;
- Your published or implemented content;
- Your misuse of Output;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of law or third-party rights;
- Your false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or deceptive claims;
- Your breach of third-party platform terms;
- Your failure to review or validate Output before use.
23. Suspension and Termination
AEOArc may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we believe:
- You violated these Terms;
- Your usage creates legal, security, reputational, financial, platform, or abuse risk;
- Payment is overdue;
- Your use may harm AEOArc, other customers, third-party providers, AI Platforms, or the public;
- You use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unethical purposes.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
24. Changes to the Services and Terms
AEOArc may modify the Services, features, plans, pricing, usage limits, integrations, dashboards, reports, algorithms, scoring methods, or these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For enterprise or custom agreements, dispute resolution terms may be separately agreed in writing.
